Are you finished before you start?

A colleague and I were in conversation recently when he shared a very profound statement, "You can be finished before you start."

We were talking about the power of one's mind, more specifically about ones sales mindset. Eugene was relaying an exchange he had many years ago when he was a pharmaceutical sales rep. He was comparing notes with another rep that was having difficulty getting in to see physicians to promote their company's product. He wanted to know why Eugene was having so much success, and he was not.

Turns out, this other sales rep found it extremely difficult to turn the doorknob to enter the doctor's office. He had such high self-doubt, Eugene explained, that he had lost the sale before he even initiated the call. This is when Eugene summed things up by commenting, "You are finished before you start!"

This simple statement may apply to those suffering with weak sales results. Appreciate sales is not for everyone. Being in the sales profession requires intelligence, personality, perseverance and a strong believe in ones self and belief in ones customer.

When you think about it, your objective is to help your prospect make an informed purchasing decision (or not) based on the knowledge you bring to the table. Most successful sales people are advocates for their prospects, doing what is in the client's best interest. This typically evolves into a meaningful relationship based on mutual trust and understanding. Those that rise to the top in the sales profession also tend to have a high belief in self.

How is your belief in self? Do you experience self-doubt to the point you have trouble dialling that cold call, or making that initial visit to your prospect's office?

This is more common in sales than we think, not just for those new to the business, it can affect experienced sales people who have fallen into the infamous "rut". How we think and how we see our self causes this "affliction".

How we see ourselves in our minds eye determines our belief in self. The subconscious mind is incredibly powerful. Research by psychologists Dr. Henry Murray, Dr. David McClelland, and Dr. Clayton Lafferty has determined our actions are a result of what we think.

The challenge is to recognize when one is not thinking positively about their capabilities and then develop strategies to counteract this thought process. Here are some tips you can use:

1. Remind yourself of your previous successes
2. Focus on your current strengths and future potential
3. Visualize yourself being successful several times a day
4. Record a positive belief statement you can repeat 5 times a day
5. Set and achieve realistic goals (start small), then stretch them
6. Celebrate successes along the way

In the classic book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, he makes the case it is scientifically impossible to conceive an idea in your mind, to believe you can do it, and then not be able to. The fact we can conceive something in our mind and believe we can do it, means we can.

Don't be finished before you start. Your sales mindset needs to be the "hidden partner" that allows you to not only succeed in sales, but to thrive.

7 Ways to Stop "Selling" & Start Building Relationships

Sometimes we can all use a friendly reminder to keep us from backsliding into old ways of thinking about selling that lead us down the wrong path with potential clients.

New Thinking = New Results

Maybe it's time to take a different approach. Maybe we need to seriously analyze our sales thinking so we can identify why we're not making more sales. Take a look at the table below and thinkabout your current selling mindset. How would your selling behaviors change if you changed your sales thinking?

Traditional Sales Mindset Vs Unlock The Game™ Mindset

1. Always deliver a strong sales pitch. Vs Stop the sales pitch -- and start a conversation.

2. Your central objective is always to close the sale. Vs Your central goal is always to discover whether you and your potential client are a good fit.

3. When you lose a sale, it's usually at the end of the sales process. Vs When you lose a sale, it's usually right at the beginning of the sales process.

4. Rejection is a normal part of selling. Vs Sales pressure is the only cause of rejection. Rejection should never happen.

5. Keep chasing every potential client until you get a yes or a no. Vs Never chase a potential client -- you'll only trigger more sales pressure.

6. When a prospect offers objections, challenge and/or counter them. Vs When a potential client offers objections, uncover the truth behind them.

7. If a potential client challenges the value of your product or service, you must defend yourself and explain the value. Vs Never defend yourself or what you have to offer -- it only creates more sales pressure.

Let's take a closer look at these central Unlock The Game™ concepts so you can begin to open up your current sales thinking and become more effective in your selling activities:

1) Stop the sales pitch -- and start a conversation.

When you call someone, avoid making a mini-presentation about yourself, your company, and what you have to offer. Start with an opening conversational phrase that focuses on a specific problem that your product or service solves. If you don't know what this is, ask your current customers why they purchased your solution. One example of an opening phrase might be, "I'm just calling to see if you'd be open to some different ideas related to lowering the risk of any computer downtime you may be having in your company?" Notice that you are not pitching your solution with this opening phrase.

2) Your central goal is always to discover whether you and your potential client are a good fit.

Let go of trying to "close the sale" or "get the appointment"-- and you will discover that you don't have to take responsibility for moving the sales process forward. If you simply focus your conversation on problems that you can help potential clients solve, and if you don't jump the gun by trying to move the sales process forward, you will find that potential clients will actually bring you into their buying process.

3) When you lose a sale, it's usually right at the beginning of the sales process.

If you believe that you lose sales because you make a mistake at the end of the process, take a look back at how you began the relationship. Did you start with a presentation? Did you use traditional sales language like, "We have a solution that I believe you really need" or "Others in your industry have bought our solution, so you should consider it as well"?

When you use traditional sales language, potential clients can't help but label you with the negative stereotype of "salesperson." This makes it almost impossible for them to relate to you from a position of trust. And if trust isn't established at the outset, honest communication about the problems they're trying to solve, and how you might be able to help them, becomes impossible too.

4) Sales pressure is the only cause of rejection. Rejection should never happen.

Rejection happens for only one reason: Something you said, as subtle as it might have been, triggered a defensive reaction from your potential client. Yes, something you said. To eliminate rejection, simply shift your mindset so that you give up the hidden agenda of hoping to make a sale. Instead, everything you say and do should stem from the basic mindset that you are there to help potential clients. This makes you able to ask, "Would you be open to talking about issues you might be having affecting your business?"

5) Never chase a potential client--you'll only trigger more sales pressure.

"Chasing" potential clients has always been considered normal and necessary, but it's rooted in the macho selling image that, "If you don't keep chasing, it means you're giving up -- and that means you're a failure." This is dead wrong! Instead of chasing potential clients, tell them that you would like to avoid anything that resembles the old cat-and-mouse chasing game by scheduling a time for your next chat.

6) When a potential client offers objections, uncover the truth behind them.

Most traditional sales programs spend a lot of time focusing on "overcoming objections." These tactics only put more sales pressure on potential clients and also fail to explore or understand the truth behind what the potential client is saying. When you hear, "We don't have the budget," "Send me information," or "Call me in a few months," do you think you're hearing the truth, or do you suspect that these are polite evasions designed to end the conversation?

Rather than trying to counter objections, you can uncover the truth by replying, "That's not a problem" -- no matter what clients are "objecting" to -- and then using gentle, dignified language that invites them to reveal the truth about their situation.

7) Never defend yourself or what you have to offer -- it only creates more sales pressure.

When a potential client says, "Why should I choose you over your competition?," your first, instinctive reaction is probably to start defending your product or service because you want to convince them to buy. But what do you think goes through your potential client's mind at that point?

Something like, "This 'salesperson' is trying to sell me on why what they have to offer is better, but I hate feeling as if I'm being sold." Rather than defending yourself, try suggesting that you aren't going to try to convince them of anything because that would only create sales pressure. Instead, ask them about the key problems that they are trying to solve, and then explore how your product or service might solve those problems --without ever trying to persuade.. Let potential clients feel that they can choose you without feeling "sold."

You too can improve your sales effectiveness if you are open minded and willing to try a new and more natural selling approach.

Are You Ready To Start Your Own Business? The 4 Key Questions You Must Ask

Every year millions of people answer "Yes" to that question and every year that answer costs many of them money, time, confidence, and heartbreak. The Small Business Administration estimates there are 580,900 new small businesses opening each year and that number does not include the small one-person entrepreneurships that pop up every day. However even if you are your business's sole employee then there is still something to be learned from the SBA's numbers.

According to the SBA, two-thirds of new businesses survive at least two years and 44 percent survive at least four years. Two of the key factors in the businesses survival and ability to thrive: the owner's education level and the owner's reason for starting the firm in the first place.

How can you make sure that you are among the winners rather than the losers in this high stakes game? The answer is inside of you. You must ask yourself four key questions to determine whether your own small business will survive and thrive.

1. Are You Ready

Have you mentally prepared yourself for the switch from employee (or student or whatever label fits you currently) to boss. You are going to be the one making decisions now about everything from office products to product line. This total control is one of the driving forces behind many people who take the plunge into starting their ownbusiness but it is also one of the elements that drives new entreprenurs crazy. When you start out there is an endless list of decisions that need to be made and new questions crop up every day.

Even more important you will need to remember that in a small business you will wear many hats. Even if you manage to start out with one or more employees you will each fulfill more than one role in your new business. And if you are running a one-man or one-woman show then you serve in every capacity from file clerk to maintenance crew to salesman to CEO. Can you handle switching from task to task and role to role like that? Are you willing to make those switches?

Similarly, have you prepared your family and friends for this switch in attitude. Your life is going to change -- probably pretty drastically -- and that change can have a positive or negative impact on your family life and social interactions. It will make things much easier if your friends and family are supportive going into the process.

2. Where Is Your Niche?

Have you identified your niche yet? One of the reasons many businesses fail is that they fail to focus on a target audience. Yes if you are a major discount chain then you can sell everything from peanuts to wallpaper but this type of business requires vast resources that just aren't available to the small business. But small businesses dominate the marketplace (creating more than 50 percent of the private gross domestic product last year) by finding a different approach -- a niche.

Knowing your niche means you are better able to find, target, and maintain your customers as well as provide the best possible goods and services to that customer base. That focus is one of your best chances to not only survive but to thrive in a very competitive marketplace.

3. What Is Your Plan Of Action?

Another key factor in the survival and ultimate success of your business is how much planning you do before you open your electronic or physical doors. You need to decide if your business will be based on the internet or include more traditional models. Are you going to work full-time or part-time at your new business? Are you going to hire help or go solo? Have you written (or at least outlined) your business plan? Dreaming, thinking and planning can save you much trouble and waste later when things are hectic and problems strike. Planning can also help keep you focused and to balance your spending and time.

4. Who Are You Going To Call?

At some point, no matter how experienced a business person you are, you will need help. You will need support, advice, tools, or information -- or all of the above. One of the beautiful, and most frightening, aspects of growth is that it can lead you to places you never imagined. No matter how much planning and experience you bring to your new position as CEO the unexpected will arise. How will you cope with this? It is important to recognize that no business is an island. It is not failure to seek help. Failure is when your business shuts down because you didn't get the help you needed.

The best way to get timely help is to work on your support system while you work on building your business. That way you will already have a ready list of resources available that you can quickly tap into when emergencies strike. In today's world there are many marvelous resources available to you no matter what your business model may be. These include:

~ Publications (newsletters, magazines, books)
~ People (professional advisors, mentors, teachers, consultants)
~ Networks (organizations and forums in your niche as well as general business and marketing)
~ Education and training (tutorials, courses, and seminars)

After you have answered these four key questions you are now ready to ask yourself that one big question again -- are you ready to start your own business?

A Few Simple Ways to Jump Start Your Cold Calls

Here are 7 key ways to jump start your cold calls:

1. Research Your Market
Before you start your cold calls it's important that you’re prepared. This way, your prospect feels you really do understand their situation. Research the company you are calling, identify what issues they are having based on your other clients in their same industry and ask others in your company the main reasons why people buy your product or service.

The better prepared you are about discussing you prospect's issues, the easier it will be to allow the conversation to flow.

2. Change Your Mental Expectations
Traditional selling has always taught us that our main goal of the cold call should be an appointment or a sale. With that mental focus, our mind is focused on the end goal before we even have a conversation with the person we are calling.

This creates conflicts because you will be trying very hard not to use words that make you sound like all you care about is the sale. And if your prospect senses you are focusing on the appointment or sale, they will immediately be defensive.

Change your mental expectations to focus on building a conversation first. Once you have generated a good dialogue, you can determine if you are a fit or not with your prospect. Be careful not to mentally "jump the gun".

3. Understand Your Prospect
Take a few minutes to think about the focus of your call. Think about how you are going to approach the conversation. Put yourself in the mind of your prospect.

How would you want to be approached? Certainly the last thing you want to hear is a sales pitch from someone you don't know.

Instead, begin the conversation diffusing any mystery as to who you are with "Hi, my name is Jim and you and I haven't met yet". This removes the mystery of who you are and allows you to begin talking about how you can help them solve a problem, rather than you having to default to a sales pitch.

Think before you speak.

4. Build Trust Through Conversation
Learning to build a conversation is the key to cold calling success. Engaging in a conversation should be as natural as calling a friend. Your objective is to build trust on your call so that your prospect feels comfortable conversing with you rather than trying to focus on getting you off the phone.

How do you build trust? You build trust by removing any elements in your approach that connect you to the negative "salesperson" stereotype.

5. Ask A Question
Begin your cold call with "Hi my name is John, maybe you can help me out for a moment?"

Yes, that's really all you have to begin with because in the next few seconds you will hear "How can I help you". That is how you can build a two-way dialogue rather than having a one-way talk.

The truth is you are asking for help because you don't know if you can help them yet, right? Until you have the information you need about their situation, you can't determine if you are a fit or not.

6. Eliminate Pressure
Pressure is the main reason most cold calls turn into a negative rejection-filled experience. It doesn't have to be that way.

If you can become aware of things you are doing that trigger pressure on your prospects, you can turn cold calling into a very productive and enjoyable experience.

The key is to never force your sales pitch, engage only in a natural conversation, and most importantly let your prospect talk. By doing all three you will eliminate pressure from the call and your prospect will be more open to the idea of what you have to offer.

7. Learn To Determine A Fit
So how do you know if your prospect is a fit with what you have to offer? You need to ask them this question towards the end of your problem solving discussion "Is solving your problem a top priority or something that is on the back burner for now?"

By determining the answer to this question, you can see if you can decide if your prospect is worth pursuing or not. You will also be able to determine their time frame which helps you better adjust your expectations.

Make no mistake about it, if you really want to be successful cold calling you'll need to let go of traditional sales thinking. Try these strategies and watch how cold calling can be fun and productive.

Bouncy Castle Hire Business - Why Start One?

Bouncy castle hire business - the rewards

Hiring out a bouncy castle or another type of inflatable for children’s or adult’s parties can be a highly profitable and enjoyable business that won’t take up much of your time, or cause you sleepless nights. As an example of the financial rewards that can be yours, if you were to operate only three bouncy castles on part time hire at weekends, with each bouncy castle going out at around £65 per day, you could bring in £390-400 per weekend, amounting to £1,690-£1730 per month gross. With business expenses at around £200 per month, you could end up with a net profit of around £1,500 a month. And this is from just a few hours work a week.

A part time business run from home

Many successful bouncy castle hire businesses operate from home and are run by people doing full time jobs during the week. To run the business you only need to devote a few hours to it each week, and you won’t need to make a huge financial investment to get things started. The bouncy castle business is ideal for home operation: you only need to be available to deliver and collect the bouncy castle at the end of the day, and have somewhere to store your deflated bouncy castles when they are not in use.

But will there be enough demand to make the bouncy castle business worth while?

Of course there are no guarantees in business, but keep in mind that children have birthdays every day of the year, and every year there are more and more children out there. Adults are pretty fond of bouncy castles too. Hire for parties in back gardens will be good in the summer and autumn, and in the winter and spring, hire for indoor parties, for example, in community halls, or church hall, will ensure that your bouncy castle business runs all year round. The truth is that competitors often find that demand for bouncy castle hire exceeds supply -- especially in the summer months. There is normally plenty of room for everyone to operate in a medium to large sized town, or city. In a busy area, you will even find rival companies passing over enquiries to each other when they are fully booked! You might even find that there are no competitor bouncy castle businesses operating in your area.

A business that can grow

Many bouncy castle hire businesses start out small, say, operating one or two bouncy castles, but then expand within a few years to operating and handful. Ten years later the business might be operating as many as twenty. However, remember that how big you grow is largely up to you.

HOW TO START & SUCCESSFULLY OPERATE A CORRESPONDENCE CLUB

The first step is to find out what the other correspondence clubs

are doing. Your purpose will be to design your own format, and

look for ways to improve upon what they are doing. So, check out

the tabloids on sale at your supermarket and write a letter to as

many of the advertising correspondence clubs as you can afford.

Simply state that you're thinking of joining a correspondence

club--but you don't want to get "ripped off," so you would

appreciate a sample copy of their latest club bulletin/newsletter

and a listing of everything the club endeavors to do for its

members. It isn't an absolute necessity--but it wouldn't hurt to

include a loose stamp with your letter inquiry.

Most of the established clubs will respond quickly, because the

very least it means to them is another address they can sell.

Don't use business letterhead paper, or a business name. Just

inquire as an ordinary interested person.

Once you have your game plan organized--what you will offer your

members, the fees you'll charge, and the related services or

items you want to offer as sources of added income--your next

move will to begin advertising. Start small, go slowly...This is

mainly to allow you to handle the ever-increasing number of

members while still maintaining firm control over the time

required to keep up with the business.

Your first advertisements should be in the "nickle or

classifieds" newspapers in your area. An advertisements such as

the following, inserted once a week for a month, shouldn't cost

you more than $25 while filling your mailbox...

Young woman, just divorced, wants to meet eligible men thru

correspondence. Tell me about yourself with SASE to: Box number,

and Your name or nickname. (Most people just use a tag-line such

as: Judy, Box 123, Anywhere (USA).

At the same time this ad is running for men to inquire about the

available girls, run an ad such as the following in about five or

six of the national mail order sheets...

Young business executive--Little Shy--wants to meet right women

thru correspondence. Will answer all letters. Sherm, Box 123,

Everywhere USA.

Certainly you should vary the ads--study the ads the other clubs

are running, and adapt what and how they're doing it to your own

needs.

Hopefully before you began, as a result of the "sample

bulletins/newsletter" you received from all the correspondence

clubs you wrote to, You've prepared your own bulletin and can

send it off in reply to all of your inquires, with an invitation

to pay for a membership in your club. Another important "rung up

the ladder" you're going to get from these samples is a list of

names and addresses of both men and women seeking correspondence.

Some do include names and addresses with their bulletins, and

some don't either way, they all sell names to each other so you

can send a sprinkling of those names and addresses with your own,

until you become well established and with a mailing list of your

own.

Important to remember--Do not begin advertising until you have

your first club bulletin/newsletter prepared, along with your

membership application. Then, just as soon as you receive each

inquiry, you can send out your answer--the faster your service

the more credibility you'll impart to your prospects. Also,

always watch what the older, more established correspondence

clubs are doing--You'll want to duplicate their methods, but with

more flair and better service for your members.

After about three months in business, you should be pretty well

established and showing a good monthly profit. Then you can begin

running advertising on your own in the "check-out counter"

tabloids, and several of the monthly subscription magazines such

as True Story, True Confessions, Modern Romances, etc.

One way of getting started with a built-in supply of names is by

contacting Metrapala--Box 4091, Sunnyside Station, Long Island

City, New York 11104... They have several sources of good names

of people wanting introductions to members of the opposite sex,

and will gladly supply you with price lists for 25 to 500 names

of lonely people in every state in the union, plus most countries

around the world.

Another important organization that can be of tremendous help to

you is Destiny Syndicate--P.O. Box 5637, Reno, Nevada

89513...Headed by R.J. Williams who directs the office of the

World Federation of Correspondence Clubs, they can set you up

with a quarterly newspaper that has built-in membership forms,

and advertising possibilities as well. In fact, with destiny

Syndicate affiliation, you need do nothing more than a little bit

of advertising, and then mail out club news bulletins every three

months or whatever you enlist a new member. It would be well

worth your effort to investigate.

Some of these home business opportunities require a learning curve that is hard for someone that is first getting into the field of Internet marketing and working from home online. So how does one get started working online without being overwhelmed with the mass amounts of Internet information.

There is a very simple solution to this. The secrets to a successful Internet home business is to decide what you do well, and choose a home based business opportunity that makes the most of your strengths and preferences. Many people find that this opportunity is turnkey business.

A turnkey business is a very simple concept and operates just like it sounds. A turnkey business is one that's already setup and ready to go all you have to do is "turn the key". All you need is the "keys" to the door to make it your business. Your commitment to a turnkey business can be as little as making a monthly payment to keep the website online, or as involved as deciding every little thing from the background color of your website pages to the products featured on your website. There is no other type of business opportunity that can offer you so many benefits for so little investment.

These are some of the benefits of getting a turnkey business online:

1. You can own your own business and have it up and running in a matter of hours. A regular business can be far more time consuming and could take months to start.
2. You can start making money online in a very short time. For most people it takes years and thousands of dollars in advertising to make money online from there website
3. You can have your very own website without any programming or HTML knowledge. Some people pay web designers thousands of dollars to design a website. You can get the same thing for pennies on the dollar.
4. Work whenever you want. Your website will be up and running 24 hours a day generating money.
5. You can sell anything online and also make money off advertising on your site. Some people make up to $10,000 a month just by showing Google ads on there website.
6. You will have support to help you out with your new business. Many turnkey opportunities provide support to help you get your new business off the ground.

A turnkey business does all the setup work for you so that you can sit back and watch the money come in.

You should do your research when looking for a turnkey opportunity. It's important to evaluate a turnkey home base business just as you would any other business opportunity. After all, you want the best home base business for your time and money. Watch out, there are a lot of scams online. As a general rule if it sounds to good to be true it is most likely a scam or will not produce the results it claims and will only suck your wallet dry. Making money online is a get rich slow process. But when it is complete you can sit back and enjoy the residual income it will produce, like having your own online ATM machine 24 hours a day.

When searching for a good opportunity online you should ask these key questions:

1. How good is the support and training?

You should only choose a home business that provides excellent support for your business. Some companies will even give personal mentoring over the phone. They should also provide you with a solid plan for you to follow to help you get your business off the ground.

2. Do you have control over choosing products for your business?

Do you want control over your products? Some turnkey businesses will only let you sell what they tell you to. And that is not a problem for some people. If you want the freedom to customize your website, they might not be the right business for you. Other turnkey home base businesses offer you a wide range of products and expect you to choose which ones you want to sell, or let you find and stock your own products. Each are suited to a particular kind of entrepreneur. Knowing which one you are can help you choose wisely.

3. How flexible is your turnkey website?

There are dozens of different models for Internet turnkey businesses. Some lock you into their own precise plan for success, you pay your money once, or monthly for web hosting and that's all you have to do. Others let you build your site from scratch. The best choice is the best of both worlds, with all the hard work done, the nuts and bolts and framework in place with the option to customize it up as you like.

So what should you look for in a complete home base business opportunity?

1. A web hosting company with lots of bandwith and storage space. You can get free hosting but it will not be good enough to support a online business. Look for a hosting company with a good referral program. Some hosting companies will even pay you monthly commissions for referring other to them.
2. An easy way to customize your website without having to learn any programming or HTML.
3. A training plan to help you get started. You are going to need support, the world of Internet marketing is very competitive and you'll need expert guidance and a proven formula for success to work with.
4. Access to all your web site files to make changes if you want to.
5. A fully functioning web site even if you choose to go right out of the box.

So if you are looking for the easy way to get started with a home based business online, you should consider a turnkey website as an option. It is an perfect solution for the newbie with no prior knowledge of Internet marketing. If time is a factor and you need to get setup fast a turnkey business is a good choice for you.

If you put in enough effort, you can make a substantial amount of money every single month once your MLM has started and is already on its feet.

Just think, you can even start an MLM from home. Most people go to work each day, working in an office, store, or factory. For most of these people the options are limited when it comes to being able to work at home.

There are some people, however, who have the luxury of being able to stay home while they earn their living. Some jobs can be accomplished at home in the same amount of time as anywhere else and with the same amount of quality.

No two people are the same. There are others who are better off starting their MLM business at home. There are also those who do not feel the advantage of doing so. Whatever their choices may be, everything will still depend on the person making the decision.

When considering whether to start an MLM business, always begin with a good look at yourself. Decide what suits your needs best. See where you will be more productive.

You must determine your needs and motivations to see if starting an MLM business is right for you. What are your goals? What amount of income do you need for the business to provide? Do you want to work full or part-time? Do you need additional training to start the business? What will my start-up costs be? A world of questions must be answered before venturing out into the world of direct marketing.

If you choose to start an MLM business of your own, you will find yourself in good company.

Today, multilevel marketing is big business. There are large multinational corporations doing business as MLM. Chances are you are considering being a distributor of such a company. They offer good products along will training and support programs to help you get your business on its feet.

The financial requirement to start an MLM business is usually fairly low. Under the dollar amount is $200 or less. Beware of programs that require you to purchase huge amounts of inventory.

Most of these large MLM companies do not have such demands. In most case, you are paid a commission on the sales you generate and simply follow the sale through to delivery and money is collected.

They may also pay you commission on sales you generate “downline.” That is by people that you have recruited to join the program. The more downline you recruit, the more commission you will get.

Start an MLM business on solid ground by approaching the best chances for sales first. Your family, friends, and associates can be your best customers and the ones most likely to buy.

Since most MLM products are those used around the house such as soap and cleaners, everyone is in the market. After you have gotten your pitch down, explore other markets for sales such as churches, schools, and other large collections of people familiar with you.

So, do not want to start your own MLM business? You are missing out half of your life….

Where to Start When Looking for Holistic Cat Care in Florida

Are you searching for holistic cat care in Florida? Going back to the basics or being holistic and natural is not limited in Florida. You can be anywhere in the world and still find ways to go holistic.

Natural Caring

Everything must start from the heart. Cats are good pets to have. But it can be a lot of hard work. So as a pet owner, you must be ready for all the good and the worst case scenario.

You have to treat your cat part of the family and therefore part of the budgeting. You need to allot money for their food, for their maintenance and health concerns. So before even thinking of having a pet, check on your budget and see if you can afford it.

Do not think about having a cat because you are bored. How about on the days when you are no longer in the same state? With cats, you can't be all too sweet and hugging one moment and the next days, you don't even throw glances at them.

This will be taken seriously by your cat. This may even lead to depression and anxiety. You have to always put their feelings into consideration. Yes, they can also feel. They can love. And therefore, they can get hurt. Cats also feel jealous when the attention they were getting before suddenly shifts onto another pet or even another human being.

You have to slowly integrate the new face or the new pet in the whole system. You cannot act on an impulse and expect your cat to absorb everything. And be considerate. If the new pet is cuter, don't let it show. Shower all your pets with same kind of love as well as attention.

Going Holistic

This process must not replace the scientific ways of treating your pets. But it can be used alongside to ensure only the best kind of health for your pets. What are these so-called holistic procedures?

The more common ones are acupuncture, even massage therapies that you may also enjoy and other homeopathic kind of remedies. This also includes herbal therapies, even vitamin and mineral augmentation.

You can also target the diet if you want to opt for the natural way. How about turning to natural raw foods? Giving then raw meat will not be a problem since it is the cat's nature to hunt for such if they live in the wilds. Or if you still like to buy the available cat food at stores, you can check the ingredients and make sure that there are no added chemical additives.

You can also start the natural process of things by thinking like your pet cat. This way, you will know what they really like. You will be able to provide for them well and good. They are not humans so you don't have to treat them such. But how would you do it? You will learn that through time. Just be patient and observe.

So search on the Web for the holistic cat care in Florida or wherever else in the world. You can also ask other pet owners who have taken the transition. You will be surprised about the new information that you will gather. And you might just be swayed that the natural way is always the best.

Want A Chinchilla As A Pet? Here's Where To Start

If you want a chinchilla as a pet, you can keep a domestic chinchilla. They are known to have nervous tendencies and are night owls. They like to stay up at night and be active. They also don't care for someone holding them. However, they can be friendly animals, but it will take a while for them to get used to their owner. They're not easily coerced into getting close to people. The owner has to earn their trust, just like a human relationship.

Chinchillas that become captive have a life span from 15 to 20 years. /They can be noisy, making sounds in the form of chirping, barking and squeaking. They use these noises to communicate and express their feelings. If you are not an early riser, you may have to deal with them making noise in the wee hours of the morning. If you are sensitive to noise while you sleep, a chinchilla may not be for you.

It's ok to have more than one chinchilla of the same gender, as long as their personalities don't clash. If they interact when they're still young, they have a better chance of enduring each other. If they're older, it may take a little longer for them to form a bonding. If you have a male and female in the same domain, they will have to be sterilized so to prevent procreation of offspring. The chinchillas are so full of life, that it's necessary for them to have plenty of space for them to roam.

If you have a house, you should set aside a room just for them. You can also house them in a cage, as long as it's large enough with items that they can play with. They also require wooden toys (birch, willow apple tree or manzanita is acceptable) and chew toys to entertain them. Please keep in mind that chinchillas should not have plastic toys because the plastic can damage the intestinal area. The cage itself must have plenty of air circulation because they don't sweat much.

Getting too sweaty can cause them to have a heat stroke. Don't keep the animals in the cage the whole time. It's good if they get some outside exposure (at least 30 minutes a day, under the watchful eye of the owner). They need exercise and get a feel of their outside surroundings.

If the chinchilla gets wet, they have to be dried off rather quickly. If not, their fur will collect fungus. You can use a blow dryer on a low cool temperature and you can also use a towel (best choice).

For their eating regimen, chinchillas cannot consume fatty foods. They can only eat so much of green plants. The best dietary plan for them is loose hay. They can also have a raisin or other kinds of dried fruit, but only in moderation. Don't give them fresh vegetables as their stomach can expand and cause a fatal reaction. When they eat, they do so in small portions and they also drink water in small sips.

They can drink water from a water bottle and the water must be fresh at all times. Because they can't ingest a lot of fat in their system, nuts are to be avoided.

"The Game of Life" Start your own coaching: 7 days program

Have you ever been a coach to a neighborhood team? I know how it feels the first time I've coached a team of seven-year-old soccer kids and how much they can really test my patience, not to mention sanity as they run around kicking the ball like ants to a huge, white crumb. It feels strange at first, having to be stared at by a bunch of kids who they will know that I'm not the one in the field. Sounds wrong in a sense, right? But what is the dead about coaching?

Coaching is all about being a, well, 'coach' in the corporate world of handlers, front-liners and even a couple of benchwarmers biding their time to be given a chance to perform. I know how that feels when I go back to my regular day job. Some players are just MVP material, and some of them are just to support the MVP's so why bother sticking around? It sounds ironic when they say 'there is no I in team', but even the underachievers can be sore losers as well.

These are steps that can be done within the day, and no matter what, it takes determination to be a coach.

1. There is a WHOLE lot of talk these days about Corporate Team Building. There are many, many options: vacation packages, rope courses, on-going office games, ice-breakers, etc. Management can also purchase videos, books, and seminar packages to assist them in building up their organization into a team worthy of belonging. A little later I will give you some ideas of where you can go for information on these team-building tools.

2. The truth about motivation is waiting to be grasped! It is ripe and ready for you to put into action today. Don't settle for mind-numbing gibberish. Get practical in 3 small ways to begin looking forward to your alarm clock sounding off each morning before you huddle with the team.

3. Experience is the best thing despite of what course you graduated in. There is something about being a people person who knows how to stir the energetic side of one individual, and more so when you mix it up with an entire team.

4. To question a person by his or her performance is sometimes required, but never question their knowledge or their intelligence. Sadly, I have seen a few mistakes from past coaches who never seem to understand what a player has to go through to get the job right. It will lead to further aggravation and maybe even hostility. If you want the job done right, then go do it yourself. You'll see how it is to be at the receiving end and it will help your set a much better course for improvement.

5. Sending a player to the bench is probably the worse experience a coach has to go through, especially if your player is the top performer. In dealing with this kind of person, see to it that he spills his guts voluntarily. Egotism in a performer tends to make them lose their focus on even the smallest mistakes, then you can catch him or her red handed. Be firm, but understanding about it.

6. Don't allow your position to blind you from what you are supposed to do. Even coaches are human enough to think that they are far more superior, but only by rank. Even if you have been in their shoes when you were their age, it's better to dole out a piece of wisdom in order for them to realize that this will be for their own benefit.

7. Lastly, you should learn to trust yourself and your team. Decisions and performance are primarily your goals, and there are many of them to see if they could perform the task much more efficiently. So before you think about sending one member to the bench, have a good chat with him or her and see if they have any problems. If it's too personal, then just encourage them to do their best and it also helps to give them a good, encouraging slap on the back.

I guess there's all there is to it. Being a corporate drone myself, I know how important it is for a company to be successful, and we're all part of that success. Coaches are there not to make your work a little difficult just because you have either an attitude problem or not much a performer, but they're the guides who will help you perform as hard as you can possibly can. You'll do them proud one of these days, as well as you.

The Basics On How TO Start Making Money With Adsense

Adsense is considered as one of the most powerful tool in a website publisher’s arsenal. It enables a person to monetize their sites easily. If used properly, it can generate a very large and healthy income for them. However if you are not using them rightly and just maximizing the income you squeeze from it, you are actually leaving a lot of money on the table. Something all people hate doing.

How you can start earning money with Adsense can be done easily and quickly. You will be amazed at the results you will be getting in such a short period of time.

Start by writing some quality content articles which are also keyword incorporated. There are a lot of people given the gift of being good with words. Writing comes easy for them. Why not make it work in such a way that you will be earning some extra cash in the process.

There are actually three steps to put into mind before you begin writing your ads and having an effective Adsense.

Keyword search. Find some popular subjects, keywords or phrase. Select the ones which you think has more people clicking through. This is actually a keyword selector and suggestion tool that some sites are offering to those who are just their Adsense business.

Writing articles. Start writing original content with keywords from the topics that you have achieved in your search. Take note that search engines are taking pride in the quality of their articles and what you will be writing should keep up with their demands.

Quality content site. Build a quality content site incorporated with Adsense ads that is targeting the subject and keywords of your articles and websites. This is where all that you’ve done initially will go to and this is also where they will prove their worth to you.

The proper positioning of your ads should be done with care. Try to position your ads where surfers are most likely to click on them. According to research, the one place that surfers look first when they visit a certain site is the top left. The reason behind this is not known. Maybe it is because some of the most useful search engine results are at the top of all other rankings. So visitors tend to look in that same place when browsing through other sites.

Some of those who are just starting at this business may think they are doing pretty well already and thinking that their clickthrough rates and CPM figures are quite healthy. However, there are more techniques and styles to generate more clicks to double your earnings. By knowing these techniques and working them to your advantage, you will realize that you will be getting three times more than other people who have been previously doing what they are doing.

Finally, Adsense has some excellent tracking statistics that allows webmasters and publishers to track their results across a number of site on a site by site, page by page, or any other basis you wanted. You should be aware oft his capability and make the most of it because it is one powerful tool that will help you find out which ads are performing best. This way, you can fine tune your Adsense ads and focus more on the ones being visited the most rather than those who are being ignored.

Another thing you should know. Banners and skyscrapers are dead. Ask the experts. So better forget about banners and skyscrapers. Surfers universally ignore these kinds of ad formats. The reason behind this is that they are recognized as an advert and advert are rarely of any interest that’s why people ignore them.

To really start making money with Adsense, you should have a definite focus on what you wanted to achieve and how you will go about achieving them. As with any other kind of business ventures, time is needed coupled with patience.

Do not just ignore your site and your Adsense once you have finished accomplishing them. Spare some time, even an hour, making adjustments to the Adsense ads on your sites to quickly trigger your Adsense income.

Give it a try and you would not regret having gotten into Adsense in the first place.

The 3 Easiest Ways For Newbies To Start In Affiliate Marketing

With the aid of the Internet, you can almost have everything right at your fingertips. With just a few clicks you get access to thousands and even millions of pieces of information and data on virtually any field of interest. As years pass by, the Internet continuous to effect radical changes in many facets of human endeavors, including commerce. Experts say that the information space, commonly known as the “world wide web,” grows by over a million pages everyday as more and more people utilize the Internet for information, education, entertainment, business and other personal reasons. It doesn’t take a business-oriented individual to realize that this phenomenon can bring about sky-high financial gains. The Internet’s fast-growing popularity in the recent years is surely an opportunity for business that any entrepreneur would not want to miss.

You might be thinking only businessmen can make much money out of the Internet, don’t you? Think again. You too can earn big bucks through the Internet even if you don’t have products to sell and high-profile and established company. How? That is through affiliate marketing. You might have come across these words over the net while surfing. Affiliate marketing is a revenue sharing between a merchant and an affiliate who gets paid for referring or promoting the merchants’ products and services. It is one of the burgeoning industries nowadays because it is proven to be cost-efficient and quantifiable means of attaining great profit both for the merchant and the affiliate and other players in the affiliate program, such as the affiliate network or affiliate solution provider.

Affiliate marketing works effectively for the merchant and the affiliate. To the first, he gains opportunities to advertise his products to a larger market, which increases his chances to earn. The more affiliate websites or hard-working affiliates he gets, the more sales he can expect. By getting affiliates to market his products and services, he is saving himself time, effort and money in looking for possible markets and customers. When a client clicks on the link in the affiliate website, purchases the product, recommends it to others who look for the same item or buys it again, the merchant multiplies his chances of earning. On the other hand, the affiliate marketer benefits from each customer who clicks on the link in his website and who actually purchases the product or avails of the service provided by the merchant. In most cases, the affiliate gets commision per sale, which can be fixed percentage or fixed amount.

If you want to be an affiliate marketer and make fortunes out of the Internet, you may follow the following three most basic and easiest ways to start an effective affiliate marketing program. First is to identify a particular thing you are interested in or passionate about so you won’t be bored and forced to develop your affiliate web site later on. Focusing on a specific area you know very well will help you bring out your best without much risks and effort. You can add a personal touch to your site and give your visitors who are possible buyers an impression that you are an expert in your field. In this way, you gain their trust and eventually encourage them to buy the products you endorse. Next is to look for good paying merchants and products or services related to your interest and create now a website. In choosing the products, you must also consider its conversion rate—the number of visitors-turned-buyers. There are various affiliate networks and affiliate solution providers that can give you info on the most profitable products and best paying merchants. The key here is, be wise enough to choose the right one.

Now that you have decided where to concentrate, have chosen the products to endorse and the merchant you are supporting and have created your own web site with top level domain name and reliable hosting, you are ready to promote. This is a crucial task, since it is through this that you would be able to increase traffic to the business website, sales and of course, profit. In affiliate marketing, it is possible to earn large sums of money in a short span of time especially when you’re endorsing high-priced items. Expensive products are hard to sell; however, with the right marketing strategies and sales techniques, you can draw visitors to the merchant’s site and make them buy the products. How to promote the products, though, would need a separate discussion. Continue to educate yourself by reading books or other articles online about the best advertising techniques.

Keep in mind, there is no facile and quick path towards success. Affiliate marketing may seem very tempting due to numerous encouraging testimonies of merchants and affiliate marketers alike who have benefited from it, but it entails great deal of hard work and persistence. Likewise, you need to be creative, flexible and willing to embrace new ideas to market your partners’ products until you find the perfect strategy that works for a specific market that you are targeting. Neither signing up for an affiliate program nor copying ads and leading others towards the merchants’ site doesn’t guarantee success yet. Many affiliate marketers fail to understand this, so when they don’t make sales, they quit, look for other programs and repeat the same mistake. In the end, they conclude that affiliate marketing is just one of those scams in the Internet. Even as you sleep, you can work your way to great financial success if you employ the right strategies in affiliate marketing. Be creative, be smart and surely, you’ll achieve your goals.

Are You Inadvertently Making One Of These 3 Mistakes Trying To Start A Woman's Sexual Motor?

Summary:

Three common mistakes that men make trying to turn a woman on...

Keywords:

sex, more sex, husband, wife, marriage, relationship, lady, ladies, woman, women, man, men, horny, sexual

Article Body:

It’s Not In Your Looks

You can have a perfect forehead, chin, smile, and even a perfect pair of dimples but none of these will start a woman’s sexual motor. You can work out at the gym all week long, week after week and look like Mr. Atlas, but you aren’t going to start a woman’s sexual motor with your muscles.

Granted, you might get her attention for a brief moment – just like any other kind of abnormality she might notice would get her attention – but your looks won’t turn her sexual motor on. Why? Once a woman decides to enter into a relationship, looks no longer matter to her – if they ever mattered to her at all.

Now, I’m not dismissing the necessity for neatness, trimness, and cleanliness. These are things a woman expects of a man. But, they are not what start her sexual motor.

It’s Not In What You Have

You can wave big wads of cash around. You can wear Armani suits. You can wear a Rolex. You can drive a super expensive car. You can flaunt any other material possessions in front of a woman and you simply aren’t going to turn her on. (As obvious as this may seem, there are men worldwide trying to capture a woman’s attention by means of their possessions.)

The danger with this approach is that you may trigger her “greed factor” such that she is attracted to you in terms of what she can “get” from you. But, because she’s not being true to herself, sex will be something she despises. This phenomenon can easily be seen in “marriages” where an attractive young woman is married to an old and wealthy man. Both the man and the woman know that the marriage is based on purely selfish motives and nobody’s sexual motor has ever been started based on selfishness.

It’s Not Your Social Status

Many men mistakenly believe that if they were in a position of prominence, or if they were a celebrity, or if they held some kind of high-profile social rank, that they would then be able to start a woman’s sexual motor.

And in fact, there are cases where a woman is attracted to a high social status man simply for the attention and prestige that being affiliated with such a man will bring to her.

But once again, this kind of a relationship is founded on shallow and hollow premises. And, as it has been proven again and again, the very thing the woman was attracted to will soon become the thing she despises the most. And when a woman despises, her sexual motor is definitely turned off.

The number of women throughout history who have left high-profile men in favor of a “no-name” man is incalculable. In fact, the tabloid magazines show us this phenomenon on a regular basis – where some starlet has dumped the celebrity she has been dating and is now dating some unknown man who is just short of being down-right ugly. Why would women do this? Because the “no-name” guy clearly knows how to start her sexual motor while the prominent guy did not.
